Lovely place in Moulins

Carole has specials every day and there is always one veggie dish. If you're vegan like me, call ahead to check if what's available on that day is vegan or not. Sometimes she can veganise, other times not.
The place itself is lovely in old stone walls and has a lovely inside courtyard for eating when it's sunny, or at least warm.
Most of the food is organic (vegetables are anyway).
Has organic drinks and coffee/tea too.
My dish on the day was a little dry but it's a start.

Pros: Some vegan options, Lovely decor

Cons: Good a little dry
