We loved it - Edit
My husband and I ate here for the first time this week. It was awesome. We had the nachos with vegan cheese and a bunch of fixings, and then the raw vegan "beef" tacos. All the tortillas and chips are freshly made and the substitute proteins (cheese and beef) were made in house instead of using off the shelf products. The wait staff was super nice and the food was fresh and delicious. We definitely will be coming back to try some of the other vegan dishes. It's a great place to go with a group of mixed eating habits.
Pros: Great, fresh food, Friendly wait staff, Lots of vegan options

Glad to see this in Greenville! - Edit
Very accommodating staff. We were offered samples of a couple of raw/vegetarian menu items since we had not been then previously. I requested tofu tacos (not on the menu), and they gladly complied. It's obvious they cater to the health conscious. We had a choice of tap or alkaline water, and I even noticed they had "super probiotic coconut yogurt" in their self serve cooler. Portion sizes are very reasonable. The "nut meat" tacos were fantastic. The almond butter based vegan cheese was very tasty as well.
Pros: Nice variety of vegetarian, vegan opts, Helpful staff
Cons: Some things a little under/over spiced

Just When You Thought Mexican Food Couldn't be Veg - Edit
I had to wait a little while because I went on a Saturday and only one person was taking orders and serving. The wait was worth it, because the smoothies were vibrant and delicious, the vegan "goat cheese" was good, and all the food was fresh, not greasy and healthy. It got a little pricey because I couldn't decide between a few items, but I got to take some delicious food home :)
Pros: Fresh food, Plenty of seating
Cons: Long wait

Authentic - Fresh!! - Edit
Several vegan-friendly options including Maria's Wild Rice, Vegan soups, fresh smoothies, juices, Maria's Salad and more. The owner, Bahram is more than happy to review the vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. It is mainly take-out with a couple of small tables indoors and two tables outside. Looks like they are expanding in the near future.
Pros: Very Friendly Staff, Great portions, Yummy, authentic food
