Disappointing - Edit
I went to a Tortilla in Bristol recently and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and the churros were amazing. Because of that, I was excited to go to Tortilla and have those amazing churros again, and also try the special veganuary quesadilla. Unfortunately, this wasn't such a good experience. The staff were disinterested and I felt very uncomfortable, like my presence was a nuisance to them. I also asked for a large vegan quesadilla and they were about to start making a medium one when I realised what was happening and had to remind them I asked for a large. Which I wouldn't have minded if I hadn't already been made to feel uncomfortable. The vegan quesadilla itself was decent, but nothing special. The churros were undercooked and doughy, which was really disappointing as the ones I had previously in the Bristol Tortilla were just amazing. I would go to Tortilla again, but not this branch.
