Located in the upscale neighborhood of Wilmette in Chicago, serving Ramen, salads, bao buns and sushi. I had the seasonal Cauli V ramen with gluten-free kale noodles and it was delicious! It was a large portion, otherwise I would have loved to try the mango rolls (next time). You can customize your ramen with a variety of add-ins. You should trust their recommendations as they really know their stuff!
I’ve had vegan ramen twice now from other places and either the noodles were pretty gross or the vegan ramen they gave me was nothing more than a few slices of mushrooms and sprouts plus noodles and lots of broth...Torino actually puts quite a bit in the bowl and looks full, just like everyone else’s. I did ask for soy sauce to up the salt factor but the taste of the broth was delicious, the kale noodles were really good and I liked their texture, and the restaurant is also decorated nicely. It’s a cute spot with good food😄Will definitely go again.

Was good - Edit
Was good but I don’t know if I’d recommend to a fellow veggie, I wish there was more than one veggie item.
