Very warm Swedish welcome

On a gorgeous April day visiting the Torekov Hotell Bistro was a fantastic idea.

Sitting in the dinning room overlooking the pool bathed in sunshine we had a great birthday lunch for a party of 4 (2xA / 2xK).

Everyone guest took a different dish and I enjoyed the ‘weekly vegetarian meal’ adjusted to be vegan.

After taking some delicious items from the salad bar I devoured the Green pea steaks served with braised pointed cabbage with yuzu and sesame, salt-baked celeriac, spring onions and chili emulsion for 199 SEK.

tasty healthy vegan options

staff were really helpful and friendly. I asked for a vegan burger and the chef was happy to oblige. Fantastic service!!

Great Buffet lunch

Torekov Hotel Bistro offers a great buffet lunch with several vegan options: Black quinoa, kidney beans, mung bean sprouts, marinated tomatoes, beets, yams, cucumbers, Asian-style veggie salad, cabbage salad and olives. They also had a chickpea curry that was quite tasty and not too spicy.

The environment is upscale and posh, with opportunities to eat inside or outside. Would you feel like going to the spa after lunch, they have wonderful treatments to offer! Lots of families and kids, friendly environment and great service.
