Exceptional - Edit
We love TOPO and dine their frequently. Being Vegan their aren't a lot of options in Northwestern New Jersey.
The staff is knowledgeable with regards to our dietary needs Zander will gladly add or remove ingredients to accommodate.
The atmosphere is cozy and never rushed, plus each booth has its own water spicket so you can refill at your leisure.
The Pho is tasty, plentiful and made vegan friendly. The food here is consistent and the waitstaff friendly, although they are sometimes a bit slow once the place fills up.
I'd love it if they added brown rice as an option.

excellent 'beef' dishes! - Edit
This is the Pandan Room's sister restaurant. They offer many dishes with avocado and tofu and have an amazing veggie beef that can be added as well. Just ask your server what the vegan options are!
