We have just left and were so impressed. There were about 8 vegan options AND vegan side options. Including vegan bacon. They had a big vegan breakfast which we got with extra vegan bacon and were just thoroughly excited about the variety.

Vegan burger, chips, coffee - Edit
After travelling from Moree I was very pleased to see a cafe with a vegan section on their menu once more. The burger is very homestyled but it was just what I needed after a morning road trip. No filter coffee here, the espresso had that burnt taste you get sometimes when coffee isn't the main reason you're coming to the cafe.

Loved their full page vegan menu. I ordered the vegan burger which was really great, and also the croissant to takeaway which was nice. Also served some of the best coffee I've ever had! Very friendly staff. Would give 5 stars if Happy Cow would let me

Separate vegan menu with about 8 options. We had a burger with fries and croissant with cheese, tomato, and vegan ham. Both delicious. Daughter said best burger shes ever had. High praise. Nice oat iced latte.

Good option for brekky in Toowoomba - Edit
I couldn't find many vegan places for breakfast in Toowoomba, but this vegetarian restaurant popped up on Happy Cow and I gave it a go. The guy who served me was very friendly and said that although they don't have a vegan menu, they are working on it. He was very helpful in pointing out the vegan options on the menu, and I ended up with the pancakes, which were delicious. The courtyard garden was incredibly lovely, and very peaceful to sit out there for breakfast. Will visit again when in Toowoomba!
