Great option in central Bangkok - Edit
The menu is extensive, so it wasn’t easy to choose - but the food was really nice! We had Kimchi fried rice and seared mushrooms with a spicy passion fruit sauce as well as two tea-based cold drinks and everything was on point. Will come back when I’m in the area again.😄

Wide selection of vegan foods, including unusual dishes with tempeh and vibrant salads. The black rice is very fragrant. Highly recommended.

Amazing menu - Edit
The staff are Thai and speak English, also with English menu. It’s not in the food hall nearby in the hospital, it’s on the side of the road. The menu is an amazing array of vegan Thai food, around 100-200THB or around €5 for a main. The dessert menu is creative and very cute. The food tastes great. I recommend the juice “Bath” that lets you try all the juices. They looked like they might be shut when I arrived but they were just doing a stock take, so just go in and they welcome you. The menu even describes which dishes are best for different health conditions like high blood pressure and heart disease.

Best vegan restaurant in Bangkok - Edit
The healthiest and most delicious food you can find in BKK. Sadly they only have one outlet.

Great to see a vegan hospital cafe! - Edit
The food was very fresh and healthy. My dish had too much ginger and capers for my taste, but the other dishes I saw looked appealing. Too bad the menu was only in Thai.

Yum! - Edit
this place is sooo good! I especially loved the Banana blossom salad. But all dishes were fresh and tasty. I’m a big fan of tempe and they offer many tempe options.
Read moreIf you follow the happy cow pin on google map it is easy to find. I went with the metro to Si Lom and then walked through Chulalongkorn hospital to the other side of the building. Probably there are better ways to go. If you just google the name you will not get to the location in town, but to one quiet far out.
Menu is mostly in Thai, but with pictures and the titles are in English. You have to order rice separately.
Pros: all vegan, fresh and tasty, cute location
Cons: staff only spoke thai when I was there, menu description in thai only

Just absolutely wonderful - Edit
Beautiful array of vegan good in Thai style using local vegetables. Very refreshing since most vegan places in Bangkok are either Western or Chinese. I love their various tempeh options too which is again not so common in other places. Down to earth and just simply delicious.

Tried to find vegan food in the food court with no luck. Came here and was shocked by the prices. Had the spaghetti which was tasty but a small portion, same with my partners dish.

The menu is extensive and very tempting. One waitress did not speak English and her gestures were awkward. The other one was sweat and helpful and the third very attentive, talkative etc.

Best in Bangkok - Edit
By far. Complex, delicious, beautiful meals and an amazing variety of dishes put this place at the top of the list. After our vegan dining in Bali, Bangkok could hardly come close until we discovered this wonderful spot. It’s worth the trip to the out of the way location. Don’t miss this one!

A restaurant with the quality of home cooking - Edit
For me eating out has always been a compromise between speed, taste, and convenience vs nutrition. This restaurant is an exception as it is staffed by health professionals and yet tastes delicious.
Read moreThe owner was very kind and sat down with me for 10 minutes going over the menu together. She told me about their local garden where they grow many of the ingredients.
If I lived nearby I'd go every day.

Cons: Currently only one location

What an amazing experience - Edit
We stumbled upon this beautifully decorated little restaurant by chance. We placed our order with a very forthcoming doctor and nutritionist who gave us plenty information on healthful eating. She really took her time and answered all of our questions gladly.
Read moreThe food was just delicious. Authentic Thai cuisine (minus the meat) and various fresh juices and smoothies, most of all of them organic. They even grow some of the vegetables they use on-site in the hospital garden, which is ridiculously cool.
It's located right at the main entrance to the hospital, but don't expect a sterile hospital cafeteria. Everything is beautifully decorated with plants hanging from the ceiling and the sun shines right through the huge window front into the restaurant.
I only wish we places similar to this back in Germany, I'd go there all the time.
Pros: Beautiful interior, Organic food, Free food advisory service by nutritionists
