Das Restaurant ist ein wahres Paradies für vegane Genießer! Besonders beeindruckend ist die Hingabe, mit der alles zubereitet wird – von der täglichen Herstellung des frischen Brotes bis hin zur sorgfältigen Auswahl der Zutaten. Die Auswahl an veganen Gerichten ist vielfältig: köstliche Burger, würzige Würste, herzhafte Suppen und der beste Gemüse-Reis, den man sich wünschen kann. Ein Highlight ist das vegane Sandwich, bei dem man aus drei verschiedenen Brotsorten wählen kann. Great spot for a coffee & vegan bake - Edit
We stopped off here on our way from La Fortuna to Monteverde not knowing if there would be any vegan options, but wanted to double check as we fancied a bakery treat, and to our great surprise there were plenty of vegan options!!!

We had an Oat Milk Latte each, a Vegan Cheesecake and an Apple Crumble Slice. Both devine! We also took away a Vegan Chocolate Brownie/Cake and a Cookie to eat later.
Highly recommend stop off for some yummy treats. There was also a little gift shop inside which was a nice touch.

A big choice of vegan options, really tasty! We had the vegan Bratwurstteller and vegan sandwich - delicious! Also a lot of vegan stuff from over the counter (croissant, cookie, bretzel, bread of course) real German bread! Staff was very friendly too😄

Seems like an insider in Costa Rica / the area around the lake.

They had been there since 1997 and appear to be a great success.
We had two vegan cakes, vegan croissant, a vegan sandwich (comes with beyond sausage, a vegan burger (same sausage).
I was bitten by am ant and they helped me with repellent and a bag of ice.
They have more options than stated on the menu and are friendly to have a chat.
They also sell different products from Costa Rica and Germany as well as some souvenirs at the store.
Pros: Many vegan options even croissant , Good qualify, Friendly staff

Good burgers for lunch - Edit
We accidentially found this place and had lunch there twice. On both days they had vegan burgers on the lunch menu. Buns were made at their bakery. The patties were made from beans. Very tasty and filling. I understood that they have always something vegan on the menu.

Has a variety of vegan and Celiac friendly Baked goods. The vegan German chocolate cake is amazing!
The fresh juice is great and the vegetable sandwich is filling and tasty.
My dad was very happy with his carcass too.
If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping here :)
