What a treat! - Edit
I went for the first time in the lovely August sunshine with a friend who was visiting. I was so pleased that they had at least three vegan cakes and tray bakes. They also have a variety of plant based milks - which is so welcome in Ely. Whilst there is one wholly vegan café which is great, it is so good to have a brilliant independent business which caters for vegans which isn't a chain. Freshly made produce too, which puts them in a different class. I have to say that both my friend and I found the cakes delicious- my vegan chocolate cake was rich, moreish and so big in portion size, I took half home! Well done Tom's Cakes - great offerings for vegans and welcoming staff.

I had a large oat latte and a slice of vegan carrot cake, which was absolutely delicious, one of the best cakes I’ve eaten!
