Gourmet comfort for vegetarians

We started coming here in 2003, then retired to the region due to Tomlins being here. The food is excellent, good taste, vegetarian (or vegan on request) and beautifully presented - so is the wine selection. The family make you feel very welcome. A wonderful place to relax, unwind and eat well.

Pros: Gourmet food, Good company, Good value

The Best Gourmet Vegetarian Food, Period.

The Tomlin's philosophy of vegetarian food is that it doesn't have to be boring- vegetarians want and deserve interesting, creative food. Their produce is from their garden or locally sourced, as is the cheese (vegetable rennet) and wine.
But back to the food- dinner is simply AMAZING, and a very good deal. The B&B is tucked in a tiny village in the countryside of mid-Atlantic France, but it absolutely worth the trip (a 3 hour train ride from Paris). Go there just to eat, or they offer vegetarian cooking classes as well. Go.

Cons: Far from where I live (North America)
