Separate vegetarian/vegan menu - Edit
The food here is amazing! Tasted the miso ramen, tan tan ramen, tofu donburi, veg gyozas. All excellent! Great service, friendly, got our food quickly. No complaints at all. Ask for the separate vegetarian menu.

My first restaurant vegan dish - Edit
It was amazing and almost creamy. The server did not question the veganism other restrictions. My mom is very anti-vegan but admitted that they did a good job. I think they forgot the wood fungus though.. lol. Also a bit too salty for me

I went for the first time on Sunday, and loved it so much, I returned the next day for dinner. Staff are so friendly and attentive, and there was hardly any wait! The food took mere minutes to arrive, and it was absolutely incredible. Be sure to ask for the vegetarian menu. Any ramen can be made vegan by substituting kale noodles (my favorite!) or rice noodles.
