Not adequate for the price - Edit
The ramen was good - I really appreciate the amount and variety of veggies -and the presentation was amazing, but in no world is this food with 4,000 yen with tax. I was a bit gobsmacked seeing the menu prices but figured maybe it’s a truly gourmet experience, but unfortunately it was just alright. There is much better (and more affordable!) vegan ramen in Tokyo.

Unique Presentation - Edit
My family and I were excited that we stumbled upon this vegan spot as we saw raving reviews about it. The staff were really friendly. We had to sit at the bar for a family of 4 as there were no tables available. The ramen wasn’t the best that we had. It was unique with so many veggies, something I’ve never seen before. I thought it was just me, not enjoying the flavors, but my whole family wasn’t a fan of the ramen either. It was pretty bland and the broth was not rich or creamy. We’ve had better ramen in Tokyo. The ramen and other food items were really expensive. It would be close to 4,000 yen for a bowl when we would normally pay 1200 yen for a bowl of vegan ramen at other vegan shops.

A true gem - Edit
Randomly found this place by stepping off the bus in front and seeing their plant/vegan logos.
Read moreWe had the bento box, sushi and other meals and it was all incredible. I didn't know food could be this tasty.
The vibes and music was great too, and the owner is super attentive.
Kind of expensive, but worth it.

From cheap food truck to expensive restaurant - Edit
They're back! I remember walking to the "Tokyo Ramen Centre" last winter. It was cold and dark and after I lengthy walk I found an abandoned food truck. The people in the neighboring food trucks said the vegan ramen chef moved. Today I found out where he moved to: his very own restaurant in Omotesando. I actually visited at the second day after the grand opening.
Read moreIf you use the address provided by Happy Cow, you'll be dropped of in an alley full of shops, but no vegan restaurant to be found. In fact, the entrance is at the other side of the building facing the main road. Luckily, there's a sign showing you how to get from one side of the block to the other.
Then another surprise awaits: the food here is EXPENSIVE. Appetizers are more than 2000 yen (the price of a decent main meal), most mains are more than 3000 yen (the price of a premium meal). Since the name of this restaurant is still "Tokyo Vegan Ramen Center", I opted for the ramen bowl. The chef prepares the broth of each and every bowl from scratch. It is made from oat milk with their own unique blend of dashi. Vegetables are not pre-cut, but stored to be as fresh as possible. When served, this bowl of ramen looks like a work of art! If you're looking for "Instagrammable" food, this is the ramen to get!
As expected, the (organic!) vegetables are fresh and tasty. Only if required vegetables are slightly cooked or fried to make them edible, but most is raw. Even the noodles seem to be of better quality than average. The broth has no salt or oil and therefore this is the first time I finished the entire bowl of ramen and didn't leave the soup.
Still, I had a hard time deciding whether the "Tokyo Vegan Ramen Center" deserves 4 or 5 stars. Beautiful, healthy, organic, tasty. Yes to all. But also, insanely expensive. At this price I could have gotten a full multi-course meal elsewhere. This former food truck really went from one extreme to the other.
Pros: great taste, organic fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation
Cons: very expensive

The ramen is full of fresh vegetables. Broth very yummy and noodles texture is just right for me, not too soft or too hard. It is located beside Flying Tiger exit A3 omotesando station. Once exit the station, you will see the Apple store on the left.

Delicious vegan ramen and karaage - Edit
Awesome vegan place located in B-flat Commune Omotesando Harajuku. Used to be a food truck at Aoyama farmers market on the weekends, and now the new place is open full time if there is no rain. The food is delicious and healthy. Most of the items on the menu are locally sourced and organic. Love their ramen topped with plenty of seasonal veggies as well as their recent sweet and sour karaage plate. They also have many awesome smoothies. My personal favorites are Very Berry and Mango smoothie. Definitely a must if you're a vegan or love yummy and gorgeous food. Their ramens look so unique and beautiful 😍 They also got gluten-free options!!!

They are now an outdoor restaurant "Tokyo Vegan Ramen Center" at B Flat Commune, sharing space with another restaurant serving Sri Lankan vegan curries.
Read moreI was happy to try them out during their restaurant popup event in Shibuya this January, and tried their Hatake ramen, which is basically a ramen filled with organic veggies.
Broth is delicious and creamy, owner is such a cool guy. Really appreciated finding romanesco in my ramen too.

Creamy Oat Milk Miso Ramen with a palette of vegetables - Edit
Geisha Mark Tokyo Vegan Ramen Center (Geisha Tofu Shop), which used to sell tofu products in the summer, now serves two ramen dishes: soy sauce ramen with a mount of kale and miso ramen with a colourful palette of vegetables, fruits and flowers (1480 yen).
Read moreI ordered a miso ramen with oat milk for a soup, but you can also choose soy milk.
It's a feast for the eyes and the tongue, and I especially enjoyed the persimmon pickle on a spoon.
The soup is very creamy and a little sweet, but pink peppers give a nice accent to it, so I enjoyed it to the last drop, and wholewheat noodles hidden under the toppings also tasted great.
The toppings seem to change according to availability, so I will definitely come back to enjoy the seasonal flavour.
