Great vegan selection - Edit
This is the first place i ever had veggie sushi and it is still my favorite! The prices are extremely reasonable, the service is quick and there is quite the variety for vegans and vegetarians alike. Try the inari, it's great!

This is my favourite resteraunt for vegan sushi. Its in expensive and you can get a variety of different maki or sushi to try different things. I love the inari sushi the best and it goes great with the miso soup which is under $2.50 a bowl. Yes please! The udon noodle dishes I feel aren't worth the insane amount of money they were charging ($17? for veggie? no thanks) but the Chef's spicy uramaki is amazing. Also try the edamame and the veg tempura.
