Nothing too fancy, but a very convenient and easy spot to have a quick meal. Be careful, the V on their menu is for "vegetarian", not vegan. Hope they change this.
Read more- Several vegan bases for your bowl, like udon, rice, chopped greens, sweet potato, or vegetables. Ramen has egg
- One protein options: organic tofu
- Most of the veggies, toppings and sauces are vegan, but ask before getting since there's no clear vegan label
- Not sure about any of the premade options, but I made a bowl of: Tofu, udon, spinach, edamame, peanuts, crispy onions, sesame seeds and curry sauce. Can recommend the combo. Could have used a bit more curry sauce. Maybe ask for extra
Giving it a 4 since they're peppered everywhere and it's a pretty tasty convenient way to get a plant based meal.
