Vegan? - Edit
On July 19 I received an email informing me that the noodles have egg in them. However, they have reached out again (Aug 5) and confirmed that the noodles do not have eggs.

Pros: Ramen Air is great
Cons: They serve sushi, so you may smell raw fish.

All Other Ramen is Trash - Edit
I may never leave Denver because of Tokio. The Ramen Air is so amazing, it has ruined other ramens for me. I have tried others to just be disappointed and wish we would have gone to Tokio. They are open late and have great service. My only complaint would be that the to-go portions are wayyy smaller. You have to order the extra broth each time which makes it on the more expensive end for ramen. I’ll continue to crave it at an unhealthy rate.

Excellent ramen - Edit
I loved this place. I had a recommendation from a vegan processor who’s been here. She recommend that I try the ramen air(and decided to get sushi). It was so [censored] good! Granted, I’ve never had regular ramen, but this vegan ramen is my only reference. You know good vegan food when you’ve had it. The sushi was good too.
