Veggie sushi

There are limited vegan options in this town. I walked in and asked for veggie sushi. It was fresh made. They added lettuce to the sushi. I never had that before. Next time, I will ask for avocado or cucumber rolls. These rolls were under cooked on the menu. That is why I asked for veggie rolls. They have veggie hibachi and vegetable fried rice. I would ask for no egg to veganize it.
