Yummy Vegan Option - Edit
It's hard finding any vegan and gluten free options while visiting Tepatitlan so when I came across this restaurant, I was intrigued when looking over the menu. Was able to order their vegetable soup and asked to make sure there was no soy sauce since I'm gluten free. The broth had good flavor. Also ordered miso soups for my kids with two separate veggie rolls. Just make sure to ask for no cream cheese for their vegetarian roll. The maki roll only had cucumber and avocado so need to tweak. Looking over the menu, I'm sure there's other items I can tweak to make vegan and gluten-free.
