Great vegan options - Recommend! - Edit
I had the Veggie Soybean Paste Stew lunch. Large portion, great flavor, I felt it was fairly authentic. The kimchi wasn’t nearly as spicy as I remember, though.

Delicious Bibimbop, but Maybe Change the Name - Edit
The bibimbop was perfect and I liked the kimchi, cucumber salad, and mung bean salad. But the tofu appetizer was pretty bad and I had higher expectations when you name a restaurant “tofu village”.
