My fav tofu in Berlin! - Edit
When I go to Neukölln, I would generally stop by Tofu Tussis to get my fresh tofu of the month (+ some others)... It's like no other tofu you've ever tasted! Fresh, original and with flavor. And it's local!

Nice tofu and burgers - Edit
I've tried the burgers and tofu at a few markets and at their permanent stall in Markethalle 9. It's always good (though the burger is occasionally a bit on the dry side). The tofu is a bit expensive but as it's homemade I think that's justified. Pretty food and nice staff.

The best stand in the Markthalle Neun! The owners are super sweet and the burgers are super tasty. Offered are various burgers (with 3 different coloured buns to choose from), tofu snacks with e.g. courgette salad and also tofu items to prepare at home. The production of the tofu products takes place in the cellar of the market hall. Highly recommended!

The classic burger was super good however the service was bad. I had to wait half and hour for the lady to make burgers for two women infront of me and then another 10 for the staff members to change and get settled at working...plus they were taking their time while we were waiting in a long que...but ghe burger was amazing. Maybe just a bad service day

At every vegan-oriented market or event we visit, we always see Tofu Tussis with their vibrant burgers. Everybody seems to glance at the pink and the black burger buns, but the true treasure hides inside: They produce their own tofu – and they are good at it. You can really sense that it’s well prepared and made with high-quality ingredients – organic as well. The softness and creaminess make your mouth want to dance! To the burgers, they also add the most delicious dressings, like peanut butter sauce or barbecue sauce.

Nice tiny place inside Markthalle Neun that serves vegan food made with Tofu, as the name suggests. I had a Classic Burger with pink bread and OMG, it was beautiful, fresh and so delicious! I really recomend it.

I have tasted many vegan burgers in my lifetime but none have been anywhere near as delicious as the ones available in Markthalle Neun. It's the foodie capital of Berlin for a reason. The food is damn good.
Read moreThe best of the best was the Tofu Tussis stand. The patty was incredible and you could tell the bread, veggies and all the other toppings were chosen with care. Together they made the most delicious combination.
We loved it so much I had to have another at Vegan Sommerfest less than a week later. That time I opted for a black burger with jalepenos and it was just as good. They can't be criticized on their consistency.
Unfortunately I never got to try their in-house fermented tofu. Maybe next time, although you bet I'm getting those burgers again.
