Great selection of affordable ingredients - Edit
We have been to the Tofu shop down the road from Botany several times now and it is a great place to get cheap tofu and other asian ingredients. I LOVE their insanely cheap knives for cutting veg ($1.60 for a small one) and they also have steamer baskets etc as well. Always a fun place to visit.
Pros: Wide variety, Very cheap, KNIVES cheap and sharp :-)
