Great ramen and delicious tofu, perfect for a ski lunch! - Edit
Truely a lovely spot, there are some seats in snow banks and a heated teepee a few steps away. The few bites of tofu we got were so delicious I would try one of their just tofu soups next time! The truck also sells beer for a little apres ski😄

Delicious vegan ramen - Edit
The vegan ramen at Tofu Mountain is delicious! It was a nice surprise to find this place at the edge of the Grand Hirafu skifield. No cash; card only. Staff are lovely. As it is a food truck I assume it might be seasonal.
