Gave us the Wrong Pie!!

Have been to this carvery a few times as it's close to where I live and my Dad eats meat. They have often run out of the vegan pies and I've had to just go for the meat free carvery instead. The vegetable selection has sometimes been poor so I was not happy. On my last visit, they had a different vegan pie and only the one choice. We ordered it and the pies were brought to us and we began to eat them and only after getting through some of the crust I saw some pink flesh in there - salmon. We'd both been given the salmon pie instead of the vegan one. To make it worse, they then told us they didn't have any of the vegan one.
The manager was extremely apologetic and did give all of our meals for free, even the two that hadn't been mistaken, and all of our drinks. However, I will never visit this branch or possibly any other Toby because of the risk of it happening again.
