They source their bagels from Backyard, which is one of thee best in Seattle. I got mine toasted since they’re not fresh outta the oven here. The “taste of Istanbul” sandwich has a nice tang + whoever made this one is an onion freak, lol, respect. I also tried a “date + labneh” w/cc instead of labneh + liked it, but I wished it was heavier on the za’atar + regretted not going w/an everything bagel to balance out the sweetness. Anyway, I wanna see some build-your-own-bagel pics, go!
