Portobello fans only

Toast has a super delicious cranberry almond salad - minus the bleu cheese, plus a portobello. You can also sub a portobello on any burger for free. But if you’re vegan and not a fan of the mushroom, there’s not going to be much here for you.

The garlic green beans were insignificant and undercooked, so next time I’ll opt for a side of fries instead. Balance is important. 🥗🍟

Pros: Delicious salad, great atmosphere

Cons: Disappointing green beans, no vegan alternatives for burger toppings

Omnivores delight! Vegans, sit tight.

My mom and her friends love to meet up and eat at Toast. The restaurant has a nice, comfortable atmosphere, conveniently located in Fallbrook, just off the highway in northwest Lincoln. I've gone a couple times, but the vegan option leaves a lot to be desired.

Pros: Nice atmosphere, convenient location, & there's a vegan option

Cons: Must specify "no butter" on the garlic green beans, and Garden Guardian sandwich is dry, one-note, & sadly not very filling

Healthy, quick option near the highway

We stopped here on a cross country road trip. Needed something near the highway where we could grab some food to go. Nice atmosphere inside. They had a few clearly labeled plant based options on the menu, and a vegan, gluten free bun for burgers. Our sandwiches were a bit dry and needed some condiments of some sort, which would likely have been possible if we ate in the restaurant rather than as a to-go order.

Pros: Clearly labeled plant based options
