Vegan moussaka - Edit
A few nice options on the menu, and on a really cute street.
Read moreI really liked the Moussaka, though it was heavy on the bechemel, so might not be for everyone.
Cretan salad, even without the cheese, was delicious also.

It was not delicious at all. The Dakos was catastrophic. The "bread" was like soft sand, we could not finish it (and we usually finish everything). The garlic bread was just some bread with cheese. The "Ice Cretea" was not selfmade. It was in a small bottle. Also this was not delicious at all.

There are 2 vegan options (the Moussaka and the 'olive leaf' pasta with vegetables). The pasta were ok (6,5/10) and the location is really nice.

Polite staff that obviously knows what vegan is, and vegetarian (vegan/can be made vegan) options are clearly marked in the menu. Moussaka and stuffed zucchini flowers were worth the money and time spent waiting in busy hours.

Great Moussaka - Edit
I had the stuffed zucchini flowers and the vegan moussaka. The moussaka was absolutely delicious. Very reasonably priced for old town as well.

This little tavern is located in one of the cute alleys of chania. They had fantastic vegan moussaka and a bunch of vegan starters (like stuffed vine leaves, zucchini flowers, bruschetta etc.)
