Family restaurant full of love - Edit
Some of the food is great and some of it is average, but the family owners are exceptional people with so much love to share. The location is beautiful and the vibe is just right for a relaxed vacation. My favorite dishes are the stuffed mushrooms (starter) and the fresh salads with organic tomatoes and local olives. Yum!

Went here on recommendation and really wanted to love it. Maybe expectations were too high, and maybe we were ruined by recent trip(s) to Pulse and Falavela. Maybe was a different chef than other reviewers. But dishes honestly were not what we expected, not much flavour. Fries were undercooked and soggy. It's ok and worth a trip - the other places just matched our expectations better.

We had the best time at this place and actually went twice in one week. The food is amazing, lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The staff is very nice. Would always go again when I’m back in Crete!

Cute restaurant in Old Town with great hospitality and amazing wholesome vegan food. Our waitress was fantastic, she took the time to explain the specials and the ingredients of different dishes. We were also given more portion of the vegan cake on the house.

Such a great family-run business! Offers great vegetarian and vegan food (plenty of vegan options!) at good prices. I remember going to restaurants in Crete when young and often feeling the welcoming atmosphere, still do, but it just felt extra great to do so at a place where I know that everything is plant based (vegetarian and vegan).😄They gave us an awesome dessert at the end (Cretan custom), and offered some food for the kids to try!

This place gets busy but the food was nice. We had the vegan spinach pie, vegan moussaka (they also have a vegetarian version) and the stuffed vegetables. Everything was very tasty and it was great to finally eat at a vegetarian restaurant in Crete. Ask for olive oil for your bread, it was super tasty! The bread is 1€.

Family vegetarian restaurant with most vegan dishes - Edit
Located in the old town of Chania near the sea from where the view is beautiful. Family run and vegan friendly- most of dishes are vegan, also they have gluten free options. I took "Pastitsio" greek dish vegan version. Very tasty, creamy and a bit sweet. They served with extra of 2 staffed veggie that combined nicely. I got a bottle of water for free and also bonus: seasonal dessert, made of grapes, almonds and cinnamon (and maybe sth else but I didn't understand, pls forgive :D) Definitely recommend this place 😁

Great origin greek food. Mostly vegan, some vegetarian. The chef himself comes to table and explain the dishes in at least three languages (Greek, English, German). Absolutely great food and friendly atmosphere.

Better than Pulse with more traditional Greek food to try like Moussaka and Pastitsio. Big menu so you can go several times without eating the same stuff. They also brought us three other items we didn’t order just so we could try them.

Some of the most delicious food we've had in Crete and the serivce was fantastic! The zucchini flowers were to die for and so was the eggplant starter. The chef came out at the end and asked how eveything was which was the cherry on top.

This is cute little restaurant with a nice view of the sea. It was good value for the rustic Greek food on offer.
Read moreWe had the stuffed mushrooms with cheese and humus, which were very tasty and the best thing we ordered. The spinach pie with filo and feta cheese was nice. The pasticio which was layers of pasta with tomato and bechamel sauce was very filling but could of used more tomato sauce. The freshly squeezed grapefruit juice was refreshing. All that including a beer came to about 24 euros.
They gave us a free bit of dessert which was nice of them, like a congealed honey-grape blob. It was very different and tasted interesting but strange as dessert in the European sense.
Over all it's a nice place with yummy food

I had the moussaka, which they do not use the soy meat anymore. It was very tasty, and some people from the tour I was on were walking by and I asked if they wanted to join. They are definitely not vegans. They had a cauliflower and black bean ‘special’ dish and an eggplant dish and absolutely loved everything about it.

I basically have nothing negative to say about this venue! Definitely pay To Stachi a visit if you’re around.
