Serves meat, vegan options available. Greek restaurant with vegan section in menu and vegan icons against dishes, although one of these is a fish dish so check when ordering.
Super nice staff and the vegan options are clearly labeled, when asked for alternative dishes. The spot serves traditional Greek dishes and a lot of them are vegan by nature.
Small family restaurant with outside tables. There is no such thing as a fill vegan menu on Folegandros but they have a section of dishes that offer a good choice. Imam, briam, salads, and tomato and courgette balls, etc. Fava was outstanding and chickpeas baked in oven delicious. Unhurried and friendly with good precautions against coronavirus.
The restaurant has a wooden sign outside announcing vegan food and listing several dishes. This is similarly done inside, where there’s a vegan section and dietary icons against meals.
Somehow fried fish is one of the vegan items listed. When we orders imam from the vegan section it can covered in non-vegan cheese. The staff however immediately took it back, and some time later fresh, good, uncheesy replacements arrived.
Like other places in Greece, the word vegan seems to be understood as a more hip term for vegetarian.
The location is lovely in a corner of the Chora amidst flowering trees.
