Lots of vegan items but $$$

A great variety of vegan options from food to beauty products. When I first went vegan 6 years ago and I lived in the area this was my go to spot. That faded after a while as items can be quite expensive but they often have products released in Canada earlier than other places. Love the little cafe in store too!

Great selection, but some items are slightly pricey

This store has a fantastic selection of all manner of healthy food options. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable too.

The one drawback is that some of their offerings can be a bit on the pricey side. That's certainly not true for everything, or even most things, but I've gotten sticker shock a couple of times when I've gone.

Then again, this is the cheapest I've found Ceylon cinnamon, and that includes online, so for sure check them out if you're looking for healthier options than what your can find at No Frills.
