Great Vegan Beef - Edit
I got the Chicken Mash Potato Bowl with BBQ sauce and my wife got thr mongolian beef. My non-vegan wife couldn't believe it wasn't beef. The good was great and the Zesty Lemonade is killer! I personally wasn't a fan of the spring rolls but i believe it to be more my own thing that a fault with the roll. All in all, I highly recommend.

We were meeting our daughter and granddaughters at Graceada Park. Since TNK Cafe is across the street we decided to pick up food and picnic at the park.
Read moreThe menu is large enough to have varied choices but not big enough to be overwhelming. We ordered egg rolls, a Club Sandwich with salad, another club with fries and a Beefless Burger. You order at a window. They have some tables and chairs outside where we waited for our order. The woman who took our order was very kind. Food was ready fairly quickly. We took it to the park and thoroughly enjoyed our food in the nice setting where the girls had lots to explore and play on. Portions are large. I could actually share a burger and fries with a salad. That would be perfect for me.
Some men eating there also recommended a chicken sandwich they had each ordered.
Highly recommend TNK Vegan Cafe. It would be enjoyable to eat at one of their outdoor tables, but heading to the park was a great option for us with two toddlers.

I think I’ll always be loyal to TNK. They have a great selection of all vegan food and drinks. My favorites include the lemongrass chicken, tofu spring rolls, egg rolls, and a chocolate cake. My husband loves their burgers, sandwiches, and chowmein. They also sell the Peet’s packaged brownies which are gluten free.

Love the fusion vibe here. Burgers, sandwiches, and Asian-style dishes are all available and all DELICIOUS. My family of 4 ate here and even my picky-af kids loved it. Everything was fresh and flavorful.

Their Vegan Cheesecake is divine! - Edit
My sister and I ate here soon after they opened because we had enjoyed the vegan doughnut shop that was there previously. My sister is not dairy free or plant based or vegan but I am plant based, so I was nervous to try a cheesecake that wasn’t with cow’s milk, but wow! It did NOT disappoint! She’s always been a cheesecake lover, I was not but my mind had changed! It was delicious! The food we ate was good, nothing spectacular but it was good and would return again. They have a variety of vegan cuisines!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, I’ve had almost everything on the menu. I’m never disappointed, the prices are really good for the amount of food you’re getting! I’ve been to pricier vegan joints and they’ve never been as good as this place.

Read moreCheese Puffs - One of my all time favorite foods pre-vegan, I had to give these a try. Honestly I never thought I’d get to eat them again. These were OK. Mine were left in the frier too long. Textures are good, stuffing is pretty good for vegan. I’m still just amazed vegan cheese puffs exist! I however did not at all like the sauce they came with. I threw it out.
Orange Chicken - It was good, but the sauce was barely orange flavored. The situation was helped by eating the fresh orange with the chicken in the same bite.
Happy Veggies Chow Mein - Flavor was good, veggies were nice (though nearly raw), it’s interesting having tofu and fake meat in the same dish, the only major problem is the whole dish was way too oily.
Thai Tea - WOW!! This tea was phenomenally good. I would go back to this place just for the Thai Tea alone. If you like Thai Iced Tea at all, don’t leave here without it!
Delicious Chocolate Cake - I was not originally going to get dessert, but decided based on the reviews to get a slice to go. I was NOT prepared for how good this cake is! The name of it is spot on. Nothing about it tastes vegan. It is an incredible cake. A little pricey at $6 a slice, but I’m telling you it is worth it.

Delicious spring rolls with generous amounts of super fresh Ingredients. Check the specials before ordering; they are listed on a paper at the walk up counter. I might have tried one of those had I noticed them earlier. We ate on the lovely outdoor patio with big umbrellas for shade. Everything was super tasty including the Thai iced tea and cream cheese wontons.

Read moreMy tastes are pretty simple so I love the grilled cheese. However, I definitely recommend the egg rolls, cheesecake and any of the sandwiches. Don't forget your Thai tea!

Cute spot. Was able to order online and my order was ready when I arrived. I tried the Mongolian beef. Good taste, but they used lettuce in place of veggies, which I guess is a cheap option to make the dish look bigger. The lettuce wilted from the heat so that was gross.

New to the vegan lifestyle & wanted to support local business. Decided to give this place a try and so glad we did. I had the TNK burger with sweet potato fries, he had the cashew chicken entree & we got the spring rolls. All of it was so good! We have enough leftover to eat it again too.

We were excited to try this place. It didn't disappoint.
Read more$12.00: Beef paratha: sandwich which was delicious. The sauce and 'beef' with the onions and flakey shell worked really well together.
We got this with sweet potato fries which were delicious.
Thai Tea: Really good, a bit sweet but delicious. We really want to try their Vietnamese coffee
The staff was very friendly and genuine, it was very refreshing.
Overall this was a great place and we would second that it isn't just the best bc it is the only vegan place in Modesto.
It has the Supreme TV playing, so it does have a loving hut vibe.
Parking: we found parking to be a bit of a pain. We drove around a couple of times bc there were a lot of one ways which made it difficult to traverse. We ended up parking in front of the neighboring business (H&R block) via street parking. The street parking was free and not metered. We arrived near opening and had plenty of room to park but I imagine that would change during peak hours.
