Knowledgeable staff - Edit
Driving the Blue Ridge Parkway and found the vegan options in Roanoke few. Settled for this spot. Waitress was very knowledgeable on vegan and gf. They use Daiya cheese (not my fave) but still easily substitutable. Pizza and salad were good enough. Happy of find this place, especially in a city void of many options. Well done!
