Great for quick veggie pickup - Edit
Titos has great simple vegetarian burritos. Nothing crazy just rice, a small variety of beans, and some roasted vegetables. It's quick and easy to get to. Don't expect a ton of vegan options; its mostly catered to a meat-eating patron but is a viable option for that quick after-work meal.
