Simple is good.

Happy to find this burrito in the airport food court just before security. Don’t forget to specify vegano, sin queso. I also said no mayo from what I read on other reviews but I’m not exactly sure what would have mayo on it to begin with.
It’s just a simple rice and beans wrapped in a tortilla, but it came with fries and I asked if they had any salsa and they brought a perfectly spiced salsa verde. Nice to have the option.

The vegetarian burrito can be veganized

We took the vegetarian Burrito, it’s expensive for 10$ and really not a lot but it keeps you filled for a while. The staff doesn’t know what vegan means so make sure to order your burrito without cheese and the salad without mayonnaise.

Vegan burrito in the airport

Order sin queso. Comes with fries. Decent option in Managua airport. Very nice family/staff - used translation app to ask me a few questions😄

Pros: Vegan at the airport, Family business

Cons: Obviously not all vegan
