Simple, yet super tasty! - Edit
Had the faux 'chicken' with lemongrass and chilli. Packed full of flavour and filling. Oh, and the carrot juice was great!

Ok food, more expensive side - Edit
The staff were friendly but the food was just standard. Didn’t taste so fresh and a bit expensive for what it is, in comparison to other veggie places. The soy chicken noodles were the best order, but we wouldn’t recommend the tofu seaweed with pineapple as didn’t taste fresh at all. Aubergine side dish was nice.

Yummy lemongrass dish - Edit
Good selection, fully vegan meals, lots of mock meat, which unfortunately isn’t our thing. Our soups were okay, and the portion of stir fried veggies was generous. If you like lemongrass, the stir fried lemongrass mushrooms were tasty and flavourful. Our four mains and a mango smoothie totalled at 250,000 VND.

Lovely food and friendly staff - Edit
It’s odd reading about the experiences that people have had with regards to reheated / microwaved food - this was not our experience at all. Of course it’s possible that we’re mistaken! But for what it’s worth, everything seemed freshly done, at least the day that we visited 🤷♀️

Note: they seem to have moved rather recently, and some Maps (Trip Advisor) still link to the old house number 53. It is now 15.

Clean and satisfying - Edit
This place is nice, clean, and has good service. Food is delicious. The rice cakes are really nice. The fake meat is unlike any fake meat I ever had. And I also never had jackfruit like this either. It feels like entering another food culture of Vietnam.

Rather disappointing - Edit
We were looking forward to visiting this place very much due to all the great reviews, but we were disappointed.
Read moreMy husband had the fried tofu with lemongrass and did not enjoy it at all. It tasted as if it was heated in the microwave (we also heard the sound from the kitchen), it was gummilike and very chewy and dry. The sauce was also kind of weird.
I had the pho and liked it much better. The taste was good, although the tofu was a bit dry, too, and there was a lot of mock meat in it (I‘m not a fan of that, but others might enjoy it).
The man serving us (the owner?) was very friendly and spoke English quite well. The restaurant is completely vegan and there is a large choice of dishes.

Very good - Edit
Very convincing soy-based meat substitute. The lady who owns the restaurant is vegan herself and easy to communicate with. I cannot recommend the rice cakes enough.

Food was just very basic, portions were small for the price and just overall wasn’t really that great. It was just fine, worth going there in a pinch I guess

We are here about 6 times during our stay in hue and loved it every time. You have to try the chicken lemongrass and chilli. We didnt try anything other than the chicken dishes though so can’t speak on the rest. Dish was 65k, rice is 15k.

the food wasn’t bad but wasn’t amazing & a little expensive for what it was so we probably wouldn’t go back. the curry was more like a soup but the coconut chicken was pretty good. cute little place.

Overrated - Edit
Does not live up to expectations! The reviews are great. Owner is friendly but food is mediocre. I ordered the tofu with lemongrass and it was ok, but for 55k I would expect more. It was a bit sweet as well which didn’t fit . The fresh summer rolls are totally different to what you usually expect them to be. Weren’t bad but just different. The sauce was bad though. They declare it as peanut sauce but it’s just off weird taste

Worst food I’ve had in Vietnam - Edit
I chose veg chicken in tamarind sauce, my partner had veg chicken in sweet and sour sauce. The meal was so salty as if they wanted as to order sth to drink. Too salty and greasy. In the toilet there were lots of tiny insects in the sink.

Why is this restaurant so highly rated? - Edit
I came here two times because so many restaurants are still closed after Tet. Both times I left this place disappointed and unsatiesfied. The Pho and the Won Ton soup were so tasteless, totally unseasoned. I also tried the fried spring rolls and they tasted like a dry cracker with a filling. At least it's cheap but I rather pay more if that's the outcome. #Veganuary

My taxi from the airport just happened to drop me off outside so I took advantage and had tasty pho (noodle soup with veggies and tofu) for breakfast. The waiter/owner was welcoming and I plan to go back soon.
