I ordered two things, fried rice and something that was seitan and tomato sauce. The rice seemed old and stale. The other dish had good flavor but had large amounts of unchewable fibrous portions of some plant that made it a chore to eat. The actual staff are super nice and pleasant. But they had some young kids there that were quite naughty. At first they were cute and took an interest in me, and then soon they were actually standing on my table. When the food came one of them actually was picking food off my plate with their dirty hands. The staff called them away eventually.
Family-run spot only a few hundred meters from Tu Hieu Pagoda. Lots of options, very reasonably priced (around 50k or less per plate), and even serves local Huda beer. This is a nice and rare thing to find in Vietnam, as most vegan places serve no beer or only non-alcoholic beer.
