Serves meat, vegan options available. Cafe surrounded by 'Langaga Link', a collection of artisan/craft shops. Vegan items on the breakfast menu include muesli with nut milk, smashed avocado on rye and tomato on toast. Lunch dishes include spiced chickpea burger, mixed vegetable chapati wrap with kachumbari and guacamole, roast vegetable toasted sandwich and lentil pie for children. Offers several vegan salads daily. Coffees can come with soya milk. Other dishes on the menu, including pizza, can be made vegan on request. Has another branch in Karen. Breakfast served until 11:00 am; lunch after 11:30 am. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-5:30pm.

Bland food - Edit
This place had a nice range of salads, although when I went to get some (self-service) there was a suspicious number of flies flying around them. The chips were nice, the spicy chickpea burger was bland and dry, like eating dough. The smoothies were good.

Fresh salads, outdoor seating and interesting shops - Edit
The cafe is in a lovely courtyard surrounded by shops selling all sorts of local products, ranging from locally roasted coffee to handicrafts. Although it serves meat, the cafe is trying to be somewhat ethical, and to cater for alternative diets. I tend to go for the salads: there's a wide variety of choice, and they are usually interesting, with unusual combinations of ingredients. The vegan options are tasty - I particularly like the chick pea burger. Although it's not huge, with the salad it's a good meal. Fruit smoothies are, well, smooth and fruity, and, importantly, can be made with non-dairy milk. The cafe is set up consciously as an alternative to the ubiquitous Nairobi shopping mall, and you can easily while away a couple of hours here over soy-milk coffee and cake (they sometimes have a vegan option), and then leave, like I did, with a $30 waste paper basket made of upcycled plastic bags and banana leaf!
