I was a little frustrated that the menu doesn’t clearly label vegetarian/vegan options and that I didn’t see items on it that people listed on here (like salt & pepper tofu or mango tofu), but I was told several options I inquired about were vegan if getting tofu. My husband and I both got lemongrass vermicelli noodles with tofu (with the added veg spring roll on top) and liked it a lot. The tofu was delightfully crispy! We each got an entree to go for a future meal and are looking forward to them. Oh, and I got a thai iced tea with coconut milk that was great.

I've been to Tin Corner twice, and both times were very enjoyable. I always order the drunken noodles with tofu and veggies, but there is so much more on the menu for vegans. I've also gotten the spring rolls and, for dessert, the mango and sweet sticky rice with coconut milk. Delicious! I love the vibe of this place, too. The server is excellent, so helpful, and so friendly. And the decor is nice, too. Besides all that, it's conveniently located.

Fantastic, abundant, vegan pho - Edit
It's been a minute since I ate at the Lucky Corner, the REAL one back in the day, not the shopping center version which swore us off of visiting after the disjointed meal service we received, cold food etc.

The Vegan Pho we ordered and the Tofu Summer rolls were out of this world! The broth was so delightful I didn't need to add anything.
The toppings, both for our pho and the limes for our water, were abundant and fresh, vibrant even.
What made the meal spectacular was the kindness and generosity of our host(s). I mistakenly asked for extra spicy (it was and it was exactly what I wanted) and ordered the same for my partner leaving out the fact that she did NOT want it spicy.
They made the necessary modifications at no charge, with no fuss and not even an appreciable gap in service. They even sent us home with complimentary extras!
Pros: Attention to detail, Abunt fresh ingredients , Delightful staff
