Creative and delicious

Concept of the place is nice. Food was good and creative. Prices are fair considering what you signed up for. The cocktails are splendid. If you like to eat a lot, keep in mind its fine dining small portions

We ordered a beetroot carpaccio, ut tasted great but it was more of a entree rather than a main dish.

I ordered a vegan ramen which was amazing!!! The taste is phenomenal.

The gnocchi with 4 cheese was delicious, just quite small.

The corn tortilla soup was nice.

We ordered three cocktails - the caliente is super create, the gin tonic was really good (fruity), and the sake margarita was also nice.

The staff could do better giving recommendations as some of the plates we did not expect them the way they came out. Also some bread with the food we ordered wouldve been nice but we had to order it after and took a fee minutes to arrive.

They do not have desserts on the menu. However there is a cafe next door that has some vegan sorbets which were nice.

Excellent food, beautifull location, warm staff

The menu is orginal and creative. The Ceviche de Hongos is michelin star quality to us - balanced and ond intruiging. Good white wine, happy atmosphere of staff, beautifull cosy square. Sincerely one of the most delightfull meals in many years. And qualitywise modestly priced - food is quite costly in the DR.

Pros: Original dishes, excellent execution, Location, Kind and happy staff

Really yummy food!

I loved that this place has really good food and quite a few vegan options. Gluten free options too. I had the “ramen” with sweet potato noodles it was so good. The drinks are yummy too. Came back twice during our vacation.

Pros: Great food, Great Drinks, Good Location/Nice restaurant/bathrooms

Cons: A bit pricey for the area

Stylish vegetarian restaurant at La Zona Colonia

Espectacular. , Lindo lugar, Buen servicio y ambiente

Cons: Panacotta tofu. Described as vegan but is not., Price vs quanity

Expensive tourist place

It was ok but some dishes were bland, I got the rice noodle on the plantain leaf and it tasted like a student meal, I added more salt than i'd like to. However the mock tails were very good and impressive. aswell as the tomato tarte w seaweed

Pros: Mocktails

Cons: asian fusion was lacking in flavours and texture

Interesting dishes for fair prices

The restaurant offers some interesting dishes and the prices are pretty fair as well. Unfortunately only a few of the dishes are truly vegan even though a painting on the wall suggests a plant-based kitchen.

Not a bargain, but a great change of pace!

In the DR for 10 days. This spot is not a bargain the way other restaurants might be. But: the food and cocktails are excellent, and it is a nice change of pace from the usual vegetarian options in the city.

Nice, calm space. Food is very good. Mains average around &”$10-14, cocktails around $9.

I will find my way back here next time I’m in Santo Domingo.

Pros: Variety of foods , Excellent flavors

Absolutely amazing

My father ordered the plantain gnocchi and it was "one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life, I don't know how they made it so fluffy"

Pros: Great atmosphere , Wide variety of options

Cons: On the more expensive side

Finer dining of various kitchens

A fancy restaurant in a good venue. The food tastes great but slightly more expensive (for DR). Had the Jamaican mocktail which turned out to be almost a sorbet and it was excellent.

Pros: Excellent tasting food, Amazing iced mocktail (sorbet-like), Nice outdoor seating

Cons: Minority of dishes are default vegan, Small size of dishes

Good place for food after walking

I ordered the fideo de arroz, the Caesar salad, and the shake de Jamaica. I added a bit of salt but everything was delicious! The food tastes are on the clean and light side instead of heavy. The Caesar dressing could have been a bit creamier. I imagine the curry they made if served as a soup with baguettes it would be quite delicious as well.

The ramen was definitely not a flavor profile I expected. It was creamy with acidity. I personally didn’t enjoy this dish at all, but I attribute it to the fact I may have not read the description correctly.

Great place to go after walking around.

good food good location

The food here is a bit more luxurious and pricy. Portions not very big. Tasty, great location on a square, relaxed and calm, attentive staff, just need to look their way and they will come up to you.
From the options I have seen, the best one in Santo Domingo

Pros: food, atmosphere/location/environment, service

Cons: portion size

For the price it’s bad…

Only 20% of the menu is vegan, which I find a bit disappointing.
I ordered the ramen soup which was below average in terms of taste. Inside the bowl barely anything. Literally like 2 small cubes of tofu, 3 edamame beans, 30g of ramen noodles and half a mushroom.
The tofu panna cotta for dessert was without flavor. But the pistachio ice cream was nice.

Overall disappointing experience and expensive

Pros: Nice, Pistachio ice cream

Cons: Very little vegan options, Bad taste

Classy and delicious

I stumbled upon this place while wandering around la Zona Colonial. I didn't realize it would have marked vegan options so that was a pleasant surprise. The gentleman at the door ushered me in, and guided me to a seat which was helpful because my Spanish isn't great. The menu is in Spanish, so be prepared for that. I had the vegan ramen and Jamaican shake. The ramen was spicy, but not overly so. I'm not big on spicy hot food and it was perfect for me. Overall a great find and I'd come back, there were several delicious-sounding options to choose from. After tip and everything I paid just over 1,000 pesos, or $20 US, so not too bad in my opinion.

Pros: Clearly marked vegan options, Classy atmosphere, Delicious food

VIP restaurant

Had the Gnocchi 4 quesos; gnocchi de plátano Maduro which translates to Ripe banana gnocchi. Quite a unique dish as I couldn't figure out what it was until I looked it up on the menu.
Unfortunately the plate came with some unexpected little plastic/transparent film hidden at the bottom of the creamy portion. However the manager, with her ok English handled the situation very well (waiving off the bill and apologizing). Would still recommend the place.
Note: the menu keeps on changing (by looking at the online pictures from the past)

Pros: Outdoor sitting area is pretty... floreal, Originality of dishes

Cons: Very expensive, Menu keeps on changing, Careless kitchen staff

I don't understand the bad review, you really get for your money, it's mind blowing, especially El crudo de zanahoria for the raw foodies ☺️

It was okay

I just went here because I saw on Happy cow that they offer a triple chocolate mousse. I was a little bit disappointed because the mousse tasted a little bit like coffee (and I hate the taste of coffee 😅). But my boyfriend likes the mousse very much and it’s consistency was nice. We payed 5,5€ for just the mousse.

Cons: Chocolate mousse tasted more like coffee mousse

OK If you are willing to pay the price

It was okay. It's a nice place, the food wasn't bad. I especially liked the raw carrot quipe. Als liked the watermelon-mint lemonade even though it was way to sweet for my liking. I Just felt that it was too expensive for what you get.
