Fast casual Indian chain serving vegan options - Edit
I am thankful that Tikka Shack had vegan items on their menu and that they were labeled was great, or else it would have been a pain to do a more thorough search where I was in the area reaching hangry levels. They have a veggie curry which you can get three ways: original, vindaloo (spicy), or southern (coconut) and two veggie bowls served over basmati rice: jelfrezi (mixed veggie) or chole masala (stewed chickpeas). The tarka veggie and mango salad sides are also vegan, and while not labeled, I was assured that the samosa is as well. Tikka Shack originated in Lubbock, Texas, and has franchises across the U.S.
