Fun & Delicious - Edit
What a fun place with all the murals, personalized for each location! You can get pretty much anything on the menu made vegan by using black beans as your protein. If you eat dairy, that gives you a couple more options (cheese, queso and sour cream), but they will fill your bowl (or burrito, or taco, etc.) with rice, beans, jalapeños, tomatoes, and lettuce if you're vegan. You start with your base, then build up from there. Portions are huge and flavorful and the salsa bar is so much fun to explore! The ingredients are fresh and simple, so you don't have to worry about added animal fats (ie. refried beans from other, more traditional, Mexican restaurants). I love that you start with clean ingredients, then add as little or as much of a kick as you want at their salsa bar.

great Mexican place with vegetarian / vegan options - Edit
Usually get a rice bowl with vegetables, Pico de gallo, lettuce, tomato, no cheese, no sour cream, no jalapeños. If not, then a veggie burrito or tacos with chips and a side of guacamole. Chimichangas are good as well. You can get nachos with beans, lettuce and tomato and put some hot sauces on it. They have a hot sauce bar with a great assortment of hot sauces each with their own hot level. Their sweet tea is very good as well.

Vegan options do not include churros - Edit
I don't know where this misconception came from, but I know for sure that the churros contain egg. I used to work here and have read the ingredients. Also, while the tortilla chip ingredients are vegan, it is important to note that they share the same fryers as all chimichangas and flautas.
