Nice vibe, friendly staff, vegan options clearly marked on the menu and still lots of veggie options available.

excellent excellent food. this is a foodie spot. outstanding flavors and creative presentations. by far the best dining experience in sucre. also excellent date night spot. top recommendation. of note: tierre offered seafood on the menu. so, this is not a vegetarian restaurant. nonetheless, I'd give five stars. it seemed like almost all diners ordered from veg menu.

Finally found some vegan taco’s (even with seitan) 🤩 They were so good!! The week I came, I only had 1 main course vegan option… a pitty for a vegetarian restaurant, who you would think would take vegans into account or at least make it veganisable. Don’t have safe drinks (tap water bottle?, lemonades are tap water…)

We had the menu del dia. There were two options for vegetarians to choose, one of them vegan. Unfortunately there was no vegan dessert. Recommend the jugo de tambo.

Delicious meat-free fine dining - Edit
Had a wonderful dinner here. A starter, main and homemade juice for 2 came to 200 BOB and we were totally stuffed! The atmosphere, presentation and the clear thought that has gone into each dish makes Tierra fall into the fine dining category for me. An absolute treat in Sucre, and on my recommendations list for sure.
