Delicious food!!

The staff was lovely and accommodating, and they even made us a few special vegan things that were not on the menu (baked lotus, fried Tempe). Great price and everything was very tasty.

Why registered?

Not sure this place deserves its place on HC. Yes, it's nice inside but there are basically no vegan options except for two side dishes, fried avocado and lotus root.
Staff also didn't understand vegan except for the leader. She was kind enough to make a vegan pizza (with guacamole instead of tomato sauce, as that contains anchovies) without cheese but just a bunch of veggies, and spring rolls upon request though.
Menu is also very meat heavy.
Nice place, but can't recommend to vegans or vegetarians.

Would Give 5 Stars if I Could!

This place is cozy and adorable with a very plant heavy menu. Everything is fresh and delicious. I've loved everything I've tried and definitely recommend the avocado fritters! The staff is very kind and welcoming. They have an English menu and will help you order the specials that are only in Japanese.
