Muy buena ración para el precio - Edit
Lo único como dijo otra persona comentó, es que se deshace Jajaj. Pero no es un problema con tenedor. Y se eligen el relleno paso a paso, y te dan una ración grande.

Good burito - Edit
I had a black bean and veg burrito with salsa and spicy sauce, it was lovely- just very hard to eat!! With a drink it was around €8. The staff spoke good English which was helpful. The only issue was the food compartments next to each other so beans were near meat so a risk of cross contamination, however they did look clean and freshly changed when I came so I was happy to eat on this occasion!

Not suitable for vegans, vegetarians and allergics - Edit
The design of Tierra makes it very unsafe for vegans, vegetarians and specially for allergics. The ingredients sit in little boxes literally stuck one next to another on the food bar. When they take ingredients from one box, you can see how little bits of food fall into the ones next to it (cheese and meat shreds, and drips from the liquid cheese). They also slide the burrito wrap along the food bar to go adding ingredients, without a plate or paper underneath, and because there are multiple drops of liquid cheese next to the boxes, I could see how my wrap was sliding over these drops of cheese. When I told them to be more careful, they realised I was vegan and advised me to not take any of the salad, nachos, or onion, as in their own words "ingredients from the boxes next to it often fall into those". It was a very unpleasant experience and I definitely won't go back. This is especially dangerous for allergies, but in my case it was just disgusting. I froze and didn't know how to react, and ended up paying the full 6,99 euros for it, despite missing various ingredients. I threw the wrap in the rubbish and just ate the content from inside. Very bad.

My favourite burritos - Edit
Pretty much the same burrito you can get at the other outlets across Madrid. There's a big, tasty and inexpensive vegetarian burrito in the menu (includes guacamole), which can be easily made vegan just by choosing the appropiate plant based ingredients (rice, black beans, vegetables, corn, pico de gallo, etc.), and avoiding cheese and sauces containing dairy products. Staff is aware of veganism so they'll help you with them. BTW this restaurant in particular has a lot of seating and is located in a really nice place overlooking Plaza de Ópera.

Cons: not many other vegan options
