Great breakfast buffet and vegan groceries

This place is a grocery store with a hot and cold bar. I love the vegan breakfast options. Usually tofu scramble, hash browns, lentil sausage, biscuits. Everything is clearly labeled. They also do different cuisines each night on the hot bar with vegan options.

Pros: Variety, Great selection of vegan groceries, Herbal natural products

Excellent vegan options

We went daily for breakfast at their salad bar. Vegan choices were a fresh baked muffin, tofu scramble, vegan biscuits and a full salad bar. They had many prepared vegan and gluten free items. Many were whole food plant based too. Lots of vegan groceries for our room too.

Pros: Great options for vegan and gluten free, Excellent breakfast bar with tofu scramble and ve, Fresh food

Cons: None

Even Better Than Expected

Was bummed not to get here on my last trip, and for good reason. I really enjoy and appreciate local places like this; terrific, cool market and cafe. Comfortable environment, friendly staff, reasonable prices; great inventory, prepared foods, and cafe/barista menu options. I'd be in here a few times a week if I lived in the area.

Pros: Friendly staff, Overall options, Co-op setup

Vegan Haven

I heard a lot of recommendations about Tidal Creek, and I can’t believe I waited so long to come there! They have a great vegan hot bar, smoothie options, speciality items, holistic items, etc. I saw a lot of vegan foods I haven’t seen anywhere else. Their prices are very reasonable, and their customer service is wonderful.

Pros: Great customer service, Large selection of vegan foods and goodies, A lot of specialty items

Flow on in to Tidal Creek Co-op, You'll be glad you did.

Tidal Creek Co-op Review

We stopped in for lunch today and were pleasantly surprised. The hot bar and salad bar had many varied and interesting options. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals. The curried carrot soup was excellent. I am Gluten free as well as vegan and everything was very clearly marked.

The food store portion of the coop was clean, well stocked, well labeled and clearly organized.

I had been here a few times before when it felt crowded and disorganized. I think the moral of the story is to go during the week and not on weekends if that’s an option for you.

Pros: Salad Bar with some creative options.., Health food store with a good selection.

Cons: Salad and hot food are $9.99 a pound.

Hot food bar, lots of vegan goods

They have a food bar with a ton of choices and delicious vegan baked goods coffee, juices and more. The grocery store itself is a tad pricey, but to be expected for this type of place and they do have some deals. Totally worth checking out. You’ll see different brands here that you can’t find just anywhere.

I love them!

This place alone makes me wish I was a local. We went in toward the end of the morning and snagged a couple of vegan biscuits lentil sausage patties off the hot bar. Damn, it was yummy. Thennnnnn I got super distracted by ALL the housemade (?) vegan sweets. We bought 4 different treats to take home. And although I didn't get any, I saw vegan ranch on the salad bar!

I also saw a couple of items that are hard to find elsewhere. Friendly staff, great space, welcoming atmosphere. And the yearly co-op membership sounds like a solid plan!

Pros: vegan options galore , plenty of parking, tasty food

Love TC!

I eat/shop here at least three times each week. The salad bar, smoothies, and homemade items available for purchase are better than the larger, chain grocery stores. Become a member to save $ and support a local business!

Pros: salad bar, smoothies, DESSERTS

Variety and good food

Tidal Creek has all the hard to find items for vegan cooking and baking. Tahini, arrowroot, vegan sour cream, and let's not forget vegan ice cream.
And the salad bar has quite a variety of healthy items, not just tomato and lettuce. They often have grilled tofu, vegan cake, and I love the mixed fruit.
One of my favorite stores.

Pros: delicious salad bar, large vegan selection

Cons: have to be a member to get deals

Co-op run with care and love- Best selection!

Needing a Vegan birthday cake while at our beach house nearby I found this wonderful place on Happy Cow! I called and they could not have been more helpful. Picking up my reserved cake, in a smaller city as Wilmington I was surprised with their selection- really great and good pricing. Buy in for $30 to be a member-. Stocked up on some prepared raw foods that were delicious from their cafe. The cake was amazing- served 10- a German Choc. that was only $12.99! Great selection of produced that really incorporated a lot of local things in, and also a lot of local things in packaged foods too. Very impressive. The staff was happy to see me as well.

I look forward to my future trips here when I am at the beach to get to shop there!

Pros: Nice layout, lots of local produce and packaged goods, Super friendly helpful interested staff

Cons: tighter parking
