Nice restaurant/pub with vegan option(s) - Edit
One of the only restaurants at the Riga airport that serves warm dishes. Vegan burger is very tasty and comes with beyond meat patty, french fries and salad.

Desperate times - Edit
I wouldn't normally pay 22eur for a burger with fries, but desperate times (layovers) calls for desperate measures. And it was a beyond burger and those always makes me happy.

Vegan burger is Beyond meat with vegan cheese and fries on the side. So good! Few other vegan sides too. Great to know I could get a warm meal in the airport!
