healthier savoury option for an airport - Edit
As mentioned by others before, there is only one vegan option. The portion of the bowl is definitely on the larger side and quite filling. The price is kind of within what you may expect at an airport, within the pricier range though (21€).

the burgers were not on the menu, with the only vegan item being the bowl. it's fine! the green dressing (?) should not be there, the amount of buckwheat was at a comical 1/2 of a tablespoon, but it's medium-to-large sized, the salad was fresh, falafel and hummus were fine. probably the best vegan bowl you'll find at a sports bar at an airport

A couple of options: probably the best option in Istanbul airport is you are very hungry as good portion sizes. Vegan burger was pretty good and cheaper than some of the other airport options

Vegan burger tasted OK - Edit
I ate here during my layover at the airport. I was happy to see they have dedicated vegan options on the menu. They have two vegan options, a vegan burger and a vegan tartine.
Read moreI ordered the vegan burger to-go. It tasted okay. I didn't care for the flavor as much. I didn't realize a side salad automatically came with it unless you told them you wanted another side. I was in a rush, so I didn't change my side.
In my opinion, the vegan burger just tasted okay, and it wasn't amazing. I didn't try the vegan tartine. I would recommend not having huge expectations of the vegan options available; just be happy it's vegan.

Located inside IST airport, this pub offers 2 vegan options clearly labelled in menu. I ordered Vegan burger with chips and it wasn’t bad. Choose this place if you want vegan food without many pretensions.
