Nice Hue food but takes time waiting

This restaurant is near Tan San Nhat airport. Food is flavorful but it took times to be served. Suitable for family

Good

Not exceptional but still good, good value (most dishes are around 50-60k)
They charge you for the wet towel they give you when you sit down without telling you which is a bit sneaky..

Cons: 10% tax added to the bill + towel

Amazing lunch

Stopped here for lunch on a very hot day. Very kind waiter moved the portable air con unit closer to me to cool me down which was much appreciated. Restaurant laid out in a boutique style with a modern feel. Good choice of drinks in menu from juices to teas and coconut water. English spoken & menu in English too. My stir fried green beans & mushrooms with vermicelli noodles were super delicious, very moist flavour. We also had rice & a tofu hotpot soup which were very tasty. Reasonably priced for Europeans

Pros: Amazing menu, English spoken, Nice surroundings

So-So but $$$$

We went there tonight, three friends, two Vietnamese, one European. We ordered spring rolls and the hot pot. The spring rolls had a rotten fatty taste. I didn't take more than one bite. The hot pot was so-so according to my Vietnamese friends, I found it okay, but without any of the mouthwatering excitement you expect from sharing hot pot with friends. The fruit juice drinks were great. I wouldn't have minded the bill if the food would have been better. Staff were handsome and friendly, the athmosphere upscale. Maybe the real cook was sick today, every business can have a bad day.

Pros: Location, Website, Handsome, friendly staff

Cons: Underwhelming food, Comparatively expensive but not shockingly so, Reserve a table and bring your own candles!

Modern urban feel, with variety of tasty dishes

Lots of nicely prepared vegetables! Bean curd and veg in clay pot came in a nice sauce. Crispy noodle dish also good. Pineapple rice at next table looked nice!

Delicious food in a contemporary setting

Lovely restaurant with high quality, delicious vegetarian food.
My favourites are the grilled eggplant, bean curd with persicaria (fragrant knotweed) and the stuffed tomatoe.

Try the Che Mon (taros gruel) for desert.

Service is efficient, but a bit functional. There is definitively room for improvement when it comes to engaging with their restaurant guests.

Reasonable, fair prices for the quality of food.

Pros: Very tasty food, Unusual choices

Cons: Functional service

Now THAT'S What I'm Talking About!

Full disclosure, I had just walked out of a deeply disappointing meal, so my bar may have been a bit low...

...but!, I have to say: this place was great! The interior is gorgeous and clean, which made the wait rather pleasant. The service was among the best I've seen in Vietnam. The food was top-notch. I mean it was really fantastic. They don't hold back on the spice (no foreigner flavour) and the dishes were full of rich flavours. Everything was cooked just right and tasted fresh.

As always in Vietnam, to say this was "expensive" is to describe a $2.80 entree as such. It's expensive for Vietnam, but by any other standards (certainly those with the means to travel here), it is still virtually free. Don't be put off at ALL by descriptions of this restaurant as high class or pricey. It feels like that, but it's still accessible to anyone with a few bucks. Literally, like 3-5 bucks.

This is a MUST GO.

Pros: Service, Food, Decor

Cons: none.
