Good choice of vegetarian food - Edit
The restaurant in the temple is worth a visit, 4 page menu shows many vegan and vegetarian options for 1500k onwards. There wasn't much available from the buffet so we've ordered a'la card. We were there around 2pm and there was plenty of choice.

Don't be late - Edit
We came in at sunset, and they didn't seem to have a lot from the menu (considering it's written here that they close at 2:30, that's not so surprising). We ended up just ordering some bread-like snacks, which were cheap and tasty.

Great food - Edit
Stayed in Pyin Oo Lwin / Maymyo for two days, and ate here both times. The personel does not speak any English at all, but their alternative meat is really tasty. Recommended!
