great vegan food in corvallis

my partner and i really enjoy the tofu lover hot pot. one of very few vegan options in corvallis we truly enjoy over cooking at home.

I would honestly rate at 5 stars but it is not fully vegan/vegetarian

This place is great. All four of there broths are technically vegan the only reason two of them are not marked vegan is that some of their ingredients are process in facilities that also process meat and dairy. They do have a few options for already designed hot pots but the restaurant is designed so you can choose all of the items in the dish. There are several vegetable, mushrooms, tofus and noodles to choose from. It is a great place to find food for almost any diet as long as you want hot pot.
