Vegan breakfast plate - Edit
The conference I was attending at Caesar’s Palace did not offer meaningful vegan options so I ducked out to nearby Thyme Kitchen. They serve breakfast and lunch, and their breakfast option is available as long as they’re open. I got the vegan breakfast to go, and I appreciated The rice and beans and tofu along with the fresh tomato and fresh fruit. I didn’t specifically request condiments, so my shredded potatoes and toast were plain, but otherwise everything was pretty good.

Love the many healthy choices - Edit
I love this place! The vegan breakfast wasn’t a greasy mess like I’ve had at other restaurants, it was delicious healthy whole foods and my body felt so great after! Absolutely delicious. Fast friendly service.

Christmas was easy and super yummy - Edit
Visiting my parents during another COVID Christmas we ordered food from Thyme Kitchen/Thyme to Go. Since I am vegan and they are not, this ended up being a great place to get food. They got the regular holiday dinner and I got the vegan one. The amount of food was staggering! I believe I ended up with 3 meals out of it. It was also REALLY TASTY and thoughtfully done. I'm still thinking of the pasta in particular. It was just your go-to marinara penne but it was SO GOOD! The penne was perfect - why doesn't my pasta ever turn out like that?
